48 Hour/Stocked Items
Whatever the reason, you can cancel your order (excluding non-stocked items) at any time prior to dispatch with no charges. All order cancellation requests must be provided in writing and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once we’ve confirmed that we’ve received your cancellation pre-dispatch, your order will be cancelled and no invoice will be produced. If you have paid for your order upfront, you’ll receive a full refund to the original payment method used to pay for the order.
We will try our best to accommodate all cancellation requests, however, non-stock items are not eligible for cancellation if production has commenced. If special vinyl, accessories, or product has been ordered in, any non-recoverable charges will be passed to the customer.
