Knowledge HubOcura’s Return Policy
Ocura will accept returned goods ordered in error provided the buyer advises us within 14 calendar days of receipt of delivery. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. We recommend Ocura organise the collection of unwanted goods to reduce the risk of damage. Charges will apply.
A credit note will be issued within 14 calendar days from the date of return, following inspection of the goods.
All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee of the net order value.
Ocura is unable to accept returns for any made-to-order products unless there is a clear defect or manufacturing error.
The buyer must advise the seller of any damaged or faulty goods within 7 calendar days of receipt of delivery. Ocura will arrange the collection of any faulty or damaged goods, and delivery of correct items, at their own expense. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
