Staff were using two small rooms with a couch and static chair. They wanted to replace both pieces of furniture with one adjustable chair. Staff wanted the chair to be manual, height-adjustable, reclining, drop arms and removable head section converting the chair from a high back to a mid-back so the patient’s head and shoulders could be easily accessed.
