The Approach
Ocura worked with the Colchester & Ipswich Hospitals Charity, coordinators of the project’s funding, and the user groups to gain valuable patient insight. The Ocura team supported the project team, clinical staff groups and learnt about all stakeholder requirements. Furniture solutions were then put forward that supported the stakeholder vision.
The Outcome
Ocura, working collaboratively, has improved the experience of those who attend this facility.
It looks really good. It’s bright and spacious.
It is so important when giving care, particularly to patients receiving regular treatment, that the environment is a calming and comfortable one. This is what we have now – a fantastic unit not only for our patients but for our staff to work in too.
