The Brief
The outpatients unit was looking to replace a worn-out range of seats to fit the feel of the newly decorated reception area. The unit wanted to use different colours to help patients know they are waiting in the correct areas.

The Approach
Robin, Ocura account manager met with David Senior, service manager to discuss the requirements in more detail and finalise the exact requirements including adding arms at the end of the Vaila beam seating to make it easier for patients with mobility issues to get in and out of the chairs. 69 beam seats were installed on a specific day that best suited the clinic to ensure minimal disruption to service.
